Assistant Manager, Supply Chain  

Job Responsibilities

  • To plan and implement logistical strategy, ensuring targets are met.
  • To assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, shipment, delivery, and return on goods.
  • To oversee product storage, handling, and distribution.
  • To improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovation to the process.
  • To identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency within supply chain.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
