JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Ensure all Development activities (departmental focus) are strategically planned, executed and implemented.
●Establish and execute Development guidelines to ensure achieve the expectations.
●Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.
●Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare a training calendar for the year.
●Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
●Design and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address identified skill gaps and development needs.
●Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent development team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
●Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business needs and align talent development programs accordingly.
●Conduct regular needs assessments and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
●Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through metrics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
●Drive the implementation and integration of e-learning platforms and other digital resources for scalable employee development.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development.
