Manager, Talent Management   (Vacancy Closed)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Ensure all Development activities (departmental focus) are strategically planned, executed and implemented.

Establish and execute Development guidelines to ensure achieve the expectations.

Aligns current training and development programs to effectively impact key business indicators.

Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare a training calendar for the year.

●Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Design and deliver high-impact training programs, workshops, and initiatives to address identified skill gaps and development needs.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the talent development team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand business needs and align talent development programs accordingly.

Conduct regular needs assessments and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development programs through metrics and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Drive the implementation and integration of e-learning platforms and other digital resources for scalable employee development.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Possesses at least bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in Human Resources, or Organizational Development, or Business Administration or related field.

Have prior 5 years’ experience in a Learning & Development Role or any relevant professional experience.

Have experience in handling HRD Corp related matters or any related training & development policy or guideline.

Experience in learning design and development both in core competencies and/or technical competencies.
