Social Media, Content & Community Specialist  

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing social calendar, campaign life cycle, content angles for social media posts.
  • Research, manage, communicate in planning social media content look and feel with the designers.
  • Plan, craft, develop, publish, and evaluate crafted content on all social media platform (FB, IG, IG Stories, Twitter & TikTok) to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately boost sales.
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in previous content and recommend new topics.
  • Manage event coverage - record content, take lifestyle shots crafting copies, and real-time publish.
  • Create engaging, original, and trendy videos that resonate with the platform’s audience. This includes conceptualizing, filming, and editing short-form video content.
  • Plan, direct, and be involved in livestream on emerging social media platforms.
  • Actively engage with followers through social media’s features like comments, duets, and challenges to increase audience interaction and grow an engaging social media community.
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and KOCs in the industry.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns involving KOLs/KOCs, tracking their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the budget for collaborations with KOLs/KOCs.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with KOLs/KOCs for future collaborations.
  • Handle marketing campaigns & promotions with ZUS App Backend System as well as the setup of promotional activities.
  • Analyse data, activities, follower responses and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using social listening platform data and insights.
  • Adhere to the established KRs and perform other related duties as assigned by superior/ management.

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or other related disciplines.
  • Proven at least 2 years’ work experience as a Social Media Content (F&B, start-up, fashion, advertising / creative / KOL management agency background preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of social media management and strategies.
  • Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, with a strong understanding of the platform’s audience and content styles.
  • Proven track record of creating viral content, with a portfolio of successful videos.
  • Creative and original thinker, with the ability to produce content that stands out in the fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • A valuable team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transport.
