- Oversee and Lead team including designer, fit-out, quantity surveyors, outlet opening team, special projects, maintenance. Adopt a collaborative and supportive environment to encourage creativity and growth.
- Monitor project deliverables within time, cost and quality.
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
- Coach and support project team members with relevant tasks
- Oversee all aspects of the project by developing a detailed project plan; monitor, control and track progress; change control; identify and mitigate risks or issues that may impact successful delivery of the project.
- Be involved in the quality review of drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues with the project lead as needed.
- Advise on appropriate selection of products/materials when prioritising sustainable outcomes/budget considerations.
- Ability to manage internal team design proposals from time to time.
- Responsible for reviewing outsource designer proposal (if required)
- Organize work effectively and efferently to ensure timely completion of design projects.
- To coordinate with Internal Team, Contractor on site about design with acceptable standard & provision required
- Managing Outlet Opening Team on planning schedule
- Managing Outlet Asset Items delivery
- Responsible to manage for outlet opening checklist – items on Capex (Furniture, Fixtures, Equipment)
- Conduct project meeting with contractor, landlord, management, safety officer (if necessary)
- To understand drawings and site condition and able to make decision in fast manner.
- Responsible for Taking-off quantities for all the store's items.
- Evaluate costs from main contractor, subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the subcontractors.
- Ensure effective project communication and secure organization-wide alignment across business units/functions.
