Regional Automation Specialist  

Position Responsibilities

1. Automation Development

  • Build and maintain workflows using n8n/Lark Automation
  • Implement automation for:
    • Lark approval flows
    • Notifications, reminders, and alerts
    • Data syncing between systems
  • Configure triggers (webhooks, schedules, events)
2. Lark Automation
  • Build and maintain:
    • Lark Bots
    • Lark approval & workflow automation
    • Message-based alerts and escalations
  • Integrate Lark with internal systems via API/webhook
3. Operations & Maintenance
  • Monitor automation health and fix failures
  • Perform basic debugging (API errors, timeouts, malformed data)
  • Maintain clear documentation for each workflow
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
4. Collaboration
  • Work with operations and product teams to understand requirements
  • Escalate design or logic issues early (no silent failures)

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years experience in business process automation using tools such as n8n, Lark Anycross, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs & JSON
  • Familiar with webhooks and cron jobs
  • Basic database knowledge (SQL fundamentals)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is preferred.
