Part Time Retail Sales Assistant  

Position Responsibilities:

Role Overview :ZUS Mart is looking for energetic, target-driven Part-Time Retail Sales Assistants to join our new lifestyle and merchandise division. If you are passionate about retail, love engaging with customers, and want to earn commission on top of your hourly pay, this is the perfect role for you. You will play a key role in driving merchandise sales, executing visual merchandising standards, and delivering premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Active Selling & Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers on the floor to educate them on product features and actively upsell merchandise or bundle deals.
Store Operations & Specialized Services: Process retail transactions via the POS system and assist in operating the in-store engraving machine.
Visual Merchandising (VM): Help maintain pristine store displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and neatly arranged.
Inventory Support: Assist the full-time team with unpacking deliveries and organizing stock.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or as a promoter is an advantage, but passionate beginners with a strong drive to sell are welcome.
  • Availability: Able to commit to flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak retail shifts.
  • Skills & Attitude: Highly approachable, fast learner, confident, and motivated by sales targets
