Position Responsibilities:
Role Overview: ZUS Mart is an exciting new lifestyle and merchandise division. We are looking
for highly motivated, target-driven Retail Sales Assistants who thrive in a fast-paced
environment. Unlike traditional F&B roles, this position requires a proactive approach to sales—
educating customers on product Unique Selling Propositions (USPs), driving merchandise
upselling, and delivering personalized experiences through specialized services like product
engraving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive Sales & Customer Education:Actively approach customers to introduce
products, master USPs to handle objections, and consistently achieve individual monthly
sales targets.
- Specialized Services: Operate the in-store engraving machine to provide customized
detailing on purchased merchandise.
- Visual Merchandising (VM) & Store Upkeep: Maintain pristine store displays, ensure shelves
are fully stocked, and ensure promotional materials are accurately displayed.
- Inventory & POS Operations: Process retail transactions accurately (including VIP
tiers/discounts) and assist the Store Manager with unpacking, GRN execution, and physical
stock counts.
