Position Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuringprojojects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objbjectives.
- Own delivery governance by establishing clear milestones, delivery plans, projoject healthindicators, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and business stakeholders toensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, product roadmaps, and engineeringcapacity.
Planning & Execution
- Lead delivery planning, release planning, and execution across multiple squads orworkstreams.
- Define delivery milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Ensure requirements, designs, technical readiness, and dependencies are resolvedbefofore development begins.
- Monitor overall delivery progress and take corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as the primary delivery point of contact fofor senior stakeholders, providing regularupdates on project health, risks, blockers, and delivery status.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning sessions to align priorities, scope, and deliverycommitments.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate sequencing across multiple initiatives.
- Escalate delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans to leadership where necessary.
Agile Delivery Excellence
- Champion Agile delivery practices while adapting the methodology to suit business andproject needs.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies where required, ensuring they drive decision-making and execution rather than becoming process-driven rituals.
- Partner with Product Managers to ensure a well-prioritized and delivery-ready backlog.
- Coach teams on estimation, planning, work breakdown, and continuous improvement.
Delivery Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define, monitor, and improve delivery KPIs, including:
- Planned vs Delivered (Commitment Reliability)
- Sprint Predictability
- Cycle Time
- Lead Time
- Throughput
- Blocked Time
- Cross-team Dependency Delays
- Work in Progress (WIP)
- Use delivery metrics to identify fy bottlenecks and continuously improve team perfrfoformance.
- Drive initiatives to improve delivery predictability, operational efffficiency, and executionmaturity.
- Assess current delivery maturity and introduce practical improvements to enhancescalability and execution quality.
Leadership
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Projoject Coordinators, or junior Delivery Leads where applicable.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-perfrfoformance delivery culture across teams.
- Promote proactive risk management, transparency, and continuous improvementthroughout the delivery lifecycle.
