Regional Talent Attraction & Experience Specialist  

Position Responsibilities

The Regional Talent Attraction & Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and executing regional talent attraction strategies that ensure a sustainable pipeline of future talent to support business growth. This role translates workforce plans into attraction strategies by strengthening employer branding, building strategic talent pipelines, enhancing candidate experience, and identifying innovative sourcing channels across the region.

Working closely with Regional and Country Talent Acquisition teams, the role ensures the organisation remains competitive in attracting, engaging and nurturing talent required for current and future business needs.

Strategic Talent Attraction

  • Develop and implement regional talent attraction strategies aligned with workforce planning and business expansion plans.
  • Translate future workforce demand into sustainable talent sourcing and pipeline strategies.
  • Identify critical talent segments and develop proactive attraction initiatives to address future hiring needs.
  • Establish long-term talent attraction roadmaps to support business growth across the region.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Develop and execute regional employer branding strategies to strengthen the organisation's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Partner with Marketing and Corporate Communications to increase employer brand awareness across key talent markets.
  • Evaluate and optimise employer branding initiatives using market insights and performance data.

Future Talent Pipeline Development

  • Build strategic partnerships with universities, educational institutions and industry associations to develop future talent pipelines.
  • Develop and manage regional programmes such as campus recruitment, Management Trainee, Apprenticeship and Internship attraction initiatives.
  • Establish and nurture talent communities for critical and future business capabilities.

Candidate Experience

  • Design and continuously improve the end-to-end candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Partner with HRIS and Digital teams to enhance the recruitment user experience through technology and process improvements.
  • Monitor candidate feedback and implement initiatives to improve engagement and employer perception.

Regional Collaboration & Programme Management

  • Partner with Country TA teams to translate regional attraction strategies into effective local execution.
  • Lead regional talent attraction programmes, including campus engagement, referral initiatives and early careers programmes.
  • Share best practices and drive consistency in employer branding and candidate experience across all markets.

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding or Recruitment Marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing talent attraction initiatives, employer branding campaigns or candidate experience programmes.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse labour market trends and translate insights into attraction strategies.
  • Regional experience is an added advantage.
