Regional Assistant Manager, Organization Development & Talent Management  

Position Responsibilities

The role is accountable to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of regional talent and organizational development programs while partnering closely with Country HR teams to ensure consistent execution.

  • Manage the regional Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end reviews and calibration activities.
  • Coordinate regional Talent Reviews and Succession Planning processes, ensuring talent data is accurate and development actions are tracked.
  • Support the design and implementation of competency frameworks, career pathways and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Prepare talent dashboards, succession reports and people insights to support business and leadership decision-making.
  • Develop toolkits, templates and guidance materials to enable managers and Country HR teams to implement talent programmes consistently.
  • Facilitate capability-building sessions for Country HR teams and people managers on performance management, talent identification and development planning.
  • Partner with Country HR teams to monitor programme adoption, identify implementation challenges and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Specialist to ensure learning interventions address capability gaps identified through performance and talent review outcomes.

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • 8-10 years in Talent Management, Organizational Development or HR Business Partnering, with experience managing regional or cross-functional talent programmes.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast growth multi country business.
  • Experienced facilitation of all employees to senior leadership team engagement activities.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, competency frameworks, facilitation and HR analytics. Able to translate strategy into practical programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, strategic thinking, change management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable & ability to translate ambiguity, change and complex organizational challenges into strategic actions.
  • High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • High integrity, governance mindset and confidentiality.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies.
  • Results-focused, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
