Regional Learning & Development Specialist  

Position Responsibilities

The role is accountable to coordinate learning operations, manages the learning management system (LMS), curates learning content, supports leadership development programs, tracks learning effectiveness and partners with Country P&C to build employee capability.

  • Administer and continuously improve the regional Learning Management System (LMS), including user administration & control, course management, reporting and learner support.
  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling and delivery of regional learning programmes, onboarding initiatives and leadership development activities.
  • Work with functional experts and Country P&C teams to curate, upload and maintain relevant learning content that supports business priorities.
  • Ensure healthy utilisation of learning management system by monitoring learning participation, completion rates and learner feedback, provide learning insights reports to stakeholders and recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Develop learner communications, user guides and promotional campaigns to encourage adoption of the LMS and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Provide first-line support and training to Country P&C teams and employees on the use of the LMS and learning processes.
  • Partner with the Organizational Development & Talent Manager to implement learning solutions arising from performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with Country P&C teams to identify local learning needs, coordinate programme delivery, and ensure learning initiatives are aligned with regional standards while meeting country-specific requirements.

Qualification and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  • 5-7 years in Learning & Development, Training or Talent Development, with hands-on experience managing LMS and corporate learning programs.
  • Experienced in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast growth multi country business.
  • Experienced facilitation of all employees to senior leadership team engagement activities.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Good understanding of diverse human learning principles, digital learning platforms (LMS), programme coordination, learning administration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiar with instructional design concepts.
  • Good stakeholder management, strategic thinking, change management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable & ability to translate ambiguity, change and complex organizational challenges into strategic actions.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong collaboration within and cross countries team stakeholders.
  • Matured time management skills; able to manage multiple roles and priorities across different geographies.
  • Results-focused, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
