Regional Manager, Strategy  

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic projects across the Group, particularly on topics that cut across multiple functions, business units or countries.
  • Break down complex or ambiguous business problems, identify the key questions that matter, and develop structured recommendations for management.
  • Conduct research and analysis on industries, markets, competitors, customers and emerging trends to identify opportunities and implications for the business.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, operating models, partnerships, market opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Deep-dive into specific areas of the business to understand what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
  • Translate strategic ideas into clear initiatives, action plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with functional and business leaders to drive selected strategic initiatives from problem definition through recommendation and, where required, implementation.
  • Develop clear, concise and executive-ready materials to support discussions and decision-making by senior leadership.
  • Challenge existing assumptions and bring an independent, fact-based perspective to important business decisions.
  • Track selected strategic priorities and ensure that decisions translate into execution and measurable results.
  • Support the Group CSO and senior leadership on ad-hoc strategic projects and emerging business priorities.

Qualification & Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, corporate development, entrepreneurship or other general management roles.
  • Strong structured problem-solving ability with the capacity to quickly understand unfamiliar businesses and topics.
  • Commercially minded and naturally curious, with an ability to connect customer, operational, financial and strategic perspectives.
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities; comfortable working with both quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Ability to turn complexity into simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across different levels and functions.
  • High ownership and comfortable operating in ambiguity without requiring highly defined scopes or instructions.
  • Bias towards action — willing to move beyond analysis and work with teams to make things happen.
  • Comfortable switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Experience in consulting, high-growth companies, consumer businesses, retail, F&B or technology is an advantage.
