Retail Management Trainee  

Job Responsibilities:

  • 6 months training module will be provided - Start as a barista > Outlet Supervisor > Outlet Manager

  • Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations

  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities

  • Observe and learn from experienced team members

  • Learn about company policies, protocols, and processes

  • Take detailed notes and liaise with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff

  • Fulfill any requirements and meet the goals

  • Follow all company regulations, health, and safety codes

  • Prepare documents and update records

  • Learn about conflict resolution and attend disciplinary hearings

  • Travel to different outlets and participate in daily operations as required

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by superior/ management

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess a Degree in any related disciplines

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Willingness to work overtime and Public Holiday if required

  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills

  • A valuable team player and able to work independently

  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay

  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

  Min. Education:  Bachelor's Degree

  Spoken Language:  Malay, English
