Senior Executive, Corporate Administration & Strategy  

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise and develop the team by managing workload distribution, setting performance expectations, monitoring service delivery standards, coaching team members and ensuring operational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish contract governance framework and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle by overseeing contract administration, renewal planning, compliance monitoring, service level adherence and maintaining effective contract governance practices.
  • Plan, coordinate and oversee workplace renovation and space optimization projects to ensure efficient utilization of resources, alignment with business requirements, compliance with regulatory standards, and successful project delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
  • Drive workplace experience initiatives to improve employee satisfaction by managing escalation and resolution of administrative issues, conducting stakeholder satisfaction score & identify opportunities to improve GA service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing, reviewing, and standardizing policies, procedures, governance frameworks and digital solutions that improve efficiency, control and service quality.
  • Support and coordinate ESG initiatives within the function by implementing sustainability programs, monitoring performance indicators and ensuring organizational sustainability objectives and reporting requirements are met.
  • Lead and coordinate transformation initiatives, automation projects, digitalization efforts, process enhancement programs and strategic improvement projects across the team.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide oversight and guidance to the administration team in managing front office operations, visitor management, travel and accommodation arrangements, courier services, office supplies, support services and other day-to-day administrative functions to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Oversee vendor performance, procurement governance compliance, asset management and administrative support activities to ensure cost-effective service delivery, proper resource utilization and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Support the management of centralized information systems, document control processes, corporate records and compliance-related administrative requirements to ensure information consistency and readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in General Affairs, Administration, Facilities Management or Corporate Services.
  • Experience in leading teams or supervising employees.
  • Possess knowledge in budgeting, contract management, facilities management, project management, vendor management, procurement governance, space planning and change management.
  • Tech and system literate.
  • Able to guide, support, and develop team members effectively.
  • Takes accountability and follows through on commitments.
  • Communicates clearly and builds positive working relationships.
