Executive, Growth  

We are seeking a Growth Execute to help drive growth through innovative go-to-market
strategies and initiatives for our new business. You will be responsible for developing and
executing a growth plan that focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, while
analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new opportunities for
growth.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of growth strategies to achieve
company revenue targets.
• Assist in market research and analysis to discover new business opportunities and target
markets.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients and partners, supporting the expansion
of the customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Contribute to the monitoring and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and
customer feedback for improvement.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success
of growth initiatives.
• Participate in the identification and evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, and
partnerships for business expansion.
• Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends, identifying opportunities
for innovation.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of presentations and proposals to potential
clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture
of growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques
