Position Responsibilities:
Hiring Objective: The Senior Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the growth and development of ZUS Signature Coffee through integrated marketing campaigns, social media management, content development, and end-to-end project execution.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign and Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from initial ideation and planning to launch and post-campaign evaluation.
- Develop integrated campaign plans covering promotional mechanics, go-to-market timelines, communication strategies, marketing deliverables, and execution checklists.
- Manage new product launches, seasonal campaigns, outlet openings, promotional activations, and other brand initiatives across multiple channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Creative, CRM, Growth, Retail Operations, Training, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and external vendors.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign briefs, promotional guidelines, FAQs, operational communications, and supporting marketing documentation.
- Work closely with Retail Operations to ensure campaigns and marketing materials are executed accurately and consistently across all outlets.
- Manage the production and delivery of POSM, digital assets, merchandising materials, packaging, and promotional collateral
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Track campaign performance, customer behaviour, and business results, and prepare post-campaign reviews with actionable recommendations.
2.Social Media and Content Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars based on product launches, seasonal campaigns, brand moments, and business priorities.
- Develop social-first campaign ideas, creative concepts, content angles, and storytelling opportunities that are culturally relevant and aligned with the brand.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, creators, and external partners to produce compelling content.
- Ensure social media content balances brand storytelling, product education, customer engagement, and commercial objectives.
- Create basic social media assets, presentation decks, mock-ups, simple videos, and marketing materials when required.
- Monitor social media performance, customer feedback, community sentiment, and content effectiveness.
- Provide recommendations to improve content engagement, reach, conversion, and overall social media performance.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor emerging social media trends, cultural conversations, consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
- Support community management by coordinating with relevant teams to ensure customer enquiries and feedback are addressed consistently and promptly.
- Assist with paid media, CRM, content marketing, customer journey planning, and digital campaign optimisation where required.
- Support on-ground activities, including outlet openings, events, campaign activations, content shoots, and promotional initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal marketing processes, campaign workflows, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Maintain proper records of campaign materials, creative assets, timelines, budgets, approvals, and performance reports.
- Support the marketing team with presentations, management updates, campaign proposals, and other ad hoc marketing initiatives.
