Manager, Brand Marketing  

Position Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and own the brand strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plans in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Translate consumer, category, and competitive insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Manage the brand P&L, ensuring marketing investments are optimized for ROI and long-term equity building.
2. Campaign & Activation Management
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality output that resonates with target audiences.
  • Plan and execute national-level promotional campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal activations to drive awareness, trial, andrepeat.
3. Innovation & Portfolio Management
  • Drive product innovation pipeline based on market insights, trends, and consumer needs.
  • Oversee product launches, packaging refreshes, and portfolio rationalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain on product development and go-to-market planning.
4. Commercial Collaboration & Trade Alignment
  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align marketing programs with trade and channel priorities.
  • Support key customer presentations and joint business planning sessions with data-driven recommendations.
5. Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of brand managers/executives to deliver on business and brand KPIs.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and consumer-first marketing culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and driving brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in product innovation and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, agile, and results-driven.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Lark/Super apps, Photoshop (optional)/editing tools
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to see the big picture while executing with precision.
