Assistant Manager, Strategic Partnership  

Position Responsibilities

1. Partner Farming & Relationship Management

  • Manage and deepen relationships with mid-tier corporate partners (e.g., insurance, co-working, retail, F&B-adjacent accounts)
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned accounts; prepare data-led performance decks
  • Maintain partner retention rate through proactive engagement and renewal planning
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with the Manager on escalation
2. Commercial Conversion
  • Convert commercial trials to paid recurring arrangements
  • Maintain a live tracker pipeline with status, action owner, and next steps
  • Conduct on-site activation support and pitch presentations for MNC and office-based prospects
3. Corporate Channel Development (Vouchers, Events, Bulk Orders, Gifting, Pantry Supplies)
  • Build and manage the corporate sales pipeline — vouchers, events, gift boxes, pantry subscriptions, and branded merchandise
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on order fulfilment, production timelines, and client communications
  • Track revenue monthly; escalate blockers and surface data-driven opportunities to the Manager
4. New Corporate Account Acquisition
  • Source, qualify, and onboard new corporate accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed agreement for mid-tier accounts
  • Represent ZUS Coffee at networking events, industry functions, and BD roadshows as required
  • Maintain records accurately and up to date at all times
5. Singapore Market Support
  • Assist the Manager in developing SG-specific partnership strategies
  • Support activations for offices and staff discount programmes in the SG market
6. Reporting & Internal Coordination
  • Submit weekly pipeline update reports to the Manager
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign execution and logistics
  • Participate in team planning sessions and contribute to the department’s quarterly reviews

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales, account management, or corporate partnership experience
  • Experience in FMCG, F&B, retail, or hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Prior exposure to gifting/merchandise channels is a plus
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of hitting sales or conversion targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Confident presenter — able to deliver QBRs and pitches to C-suite and HR decision-makers
  • Self-starter with strong planning and prioritisation skills; thrives in a lean, fast-paced team
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM/productivity tools (Lark or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with cross-border travel; valid passport with ability to travel to Singapore
  • High ownership mindset — treats accounts as if they are your own business
  • Data-driven: uses numbers to tell the story and influence decisions
  • Team player who collaborates well without needing heavy supervision
