Head Of Marketing  

Position Responsibilities

Primary roles
To strategize, develop, manage, execute and optimize customer journey from acquisition to repeat purchase via

  1. Identifying opportunities in the market via existing and emerging marketing channels and tactics.
  2. Identify market gap in demographics, market trends, product offerings, consumer behaviours in order to craft marketing strategies to capture new or potential market segment based on the company’s business objectives
  3. Strategize, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and tactics. Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to achieve better results with each marketing channel.
  4. Manage multiple marketing divisions including but not limited to campaign, partnership, growth, loyalty, and retail marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, business development, tech, or F&B industry,
  • Work experience in food delivery services, tech startup or e-commerce is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, performance metrics, and analytics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effective project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
