Position Responsibilities:

-Assist buyers in creating and processing purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
- Support material planning activities to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Update and maintain procurement records and databases accurately.

Qualifications & Experiences

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business/Trade, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or any field of study related to Supply Chain and Purchasing.
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
