Senior Executive, Product Operations  

Position Responsbilities:

As a Product Operations (MYSG), you will be the glue between teams - driving cross-functional initiatives, breaking down silos, and ensuring execution excellence. You’ll work across departments, ensuring that projects / launches / workflow are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and drive execution with a can-do attitude will be critical to our success.


Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with operations, training, supply chain, quality assurance to ensure end to end readiness before product go-live and product off-boarding processes
  • Participate in pilots and new store formats to assess operational feasibility and process scalability
  • Contribute to post launch reviews, capturing learning and driving corrective actions
  • Work closely with leadership and key teams to align priorities, provide project visibility, and remove bottlenecks.

Product Process Optimization

  • Analyze current product preparation workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and reduce in-store complexity
  • Develop, test and standardize best practice SOPs for product execution and rollout, including but not limited to product launch management, own end to end product launch process and commercialisation timeline
  • Collaborate with R&D and other relevant teams to design products with operational feasibility in mind
  • Build and refine workflows that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and execution speed

Efficiency & Cost Optimization

  • Work closely with cost of sales and productivity data to identify efficiency gaps and improvement levers
  • Recommend ingredient, equipment or preparation changes that improve throughput and reduce labor or waste
  • Support continuous improvement loops post launch, leveraging feedback to fine tune execution
  • Define and track success metrics, ensuring projects / product launches deliver measurable business impact

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintain detailed operational playbooks, SOPs and troubleshooting guides
  • Track and report performance metrics related to product execution (consistency, wastages etc.)

Qualification and Experience

  • Background - experience in product operations, Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) / F&B operational strategy or process improvement roles. Experience collaborating with R&D and operations teams to deliver process-aligned products
  • Project Management Expertise – 3 - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus!).
  • Can-Do Attitude – A proactive problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Familiarity with business operating models, strategy implementation, project management execution.
  • Strong Communication & Influence - Ability to work with different teams, manage expectations, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • Process-Driven but Flexible - You know when to introduce structure and when to adapt to evolving needs.
