Position Responsibilities
Overview
As
the Creative Lead for the Lifestyle division, you will lead and execute the
creative direction for lifestyle products, ensuring every design reflects the
brand with consistency, quality, and purpose. You are passionate about
transforming ideas into compelling products and campaigns, and you remain
closely involved in the day-to-day design process while guiding the team to
delivery strong creative output. You will collaborate cross-functionally to
deliver creative solutions that are strategically driven and commercially
impactful. As the creative gatekeeper, you will continuously refine the
creative systems and processes to support scalable, high-quality output.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction for lifestyle product, packaging, and campaign visuals, ensuring all outputs are aligned with brand strategy, business objectives, and customer needs.
- Actively involved in day-to-day design execution, including product & packaging design, mood board development, sketching, CMF (colour, material, finish) exploration, and visual mockups.
- Provide hands-on creative leadership by actively designing, reviewing, refining, and approving design work before production to ensure high-quality output.
- Develop and evolve creative templates, design systems, and visual frameworksto improve design consistency, scalability, and team efficiency.
- Lead the creative direction and execution of key campaigns, including product launches, photoshoots, animations, website visuals, landing pages, and EDMs.Animation and UI/UX experience.
- Partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Growth Teams to translate commercial objectives into impactful creative solutions delivered on time.
- Act as the key creative liaison with external agencies, production houses and photographers to ensure all outputs meet brand, quality, and production standards.
- Champion the brand's visual identity by developing distinct design languages across different product categories, lifestyle segments, and target audiences
Secondary Responsibilities- Prepare compelling presentation decks to communicate product concepts, design rationale, and artwork development progress to internal stakeholders.
- Review prototypes and production samples with the Product Executive and Manager to ensure design intent, quality standards, and manufacturability are achieved.
- Act as a custodian of the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Maintain and continuously improve the design asset library, templates, and reusable creative resources.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of working files, production artwork, specifications, mock-ups, and print-ready deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, design processes, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance team productivity and creative quality.
