Assistant Manager, Fulfilment  

Position Responsibilities

Hiring Objective: To oversee fulfilment operations and inventory management activities, ensuring optimal stock availability, accurate order fulfilment, and efficient warehouse operations. The role is responsible for validating fulfilment requirements, coordinating cross-functional activities, and leading the fulfilment team to achieve operational and business objectives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and justify fulfilment ordering requirements based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and business needs.
  • Monitor inventory performance and ensure timely replenishment to maintain stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Manage stock transfers, inventory control, and warehouse operational activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Guide, coordinate, and supervise fulfilment team members to achieve daily operational targets and service levels.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
  • Guide, coordinate, and supervise fulfilment team members to achieve daily operational targets and service levels.
  • Analyze fulfilment and inventory data, identify operational risks, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless fulfilment execution.
  • Support stock take activities, warehouse migration projects, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve inventory health, fulfilment performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experiences

Job Qualifications (Requirement):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fulfilment, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain management.

Job Experience (Requirement):

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand planning, replenishment planning, and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Skills & Knowledge (Requirements):

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
