Position Responsibilities

- Drive sales activities in assigned regions.
- Manage and grow in distributors Develop and execute territory strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to the RSM and HOD.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

Qualification and Experience

- SPM
- FMCG knowledge in modern trade and general more than 5 years
- Multilingual in English, Mandarin and Malay (Mandarin is the common language used between internal and external parties, Must possess valid driving license & has own transport and willing to travel, computer literary on Microsoft office,
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with distributor, partners, and internal stakeholders.
