Position Responsibilities
1. Capacity & Inventory Planning:
- Align related supplier's BAU capacity with existing/future demand forecasts to create actionable replenishment plans, including raw material, intermediate, and finished goods, lead the process of PO generate flow in ERP (netsuite) systems.
2. External Supplier and Internal Technical Product Development team Collaboration:
- Liaison with production manufacturers and raw materials suppliers together with TPD team ensure factory existing/future loading matches BAU production needs, monitoring lead times and capacity bottlenecks especially during new product development/roll out stages with raw material/packaging material depletion plan
3. Inventory Optimization:
- Set and monitor inventory targets to maintain high service levels while minimizing carrying costs and handling distressed or obsolete inventory.
4.S&OP Participation:
- Lead and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align on consensus forecasts and production strategies bi-weekly and monthly.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop, monitor, and analyze supply planning dashboards to drive performance improvements in key KPIs to have the most optimize inventory holding days support sales growth.
6. Risk Mitigation:
- Develop contingency plans for potential supply disruptions, high inventory, near expiry inventory and highlight opportunities for various improvements.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree, advance diploma or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5 – 10+ years in supply chain planning, production planning, or supplier management, preferable in FMCG food manufacturing related industry
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced level in Excel skill.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally with proactively engage with different related stakeholders internally.
