We are seeking Assistant Manager to lead the development of new products under this
subsidiary of ZUS Coffee that focuses on growing the merchandise and FMCG
businesses. You will be responsible for both strategic and tactical aspects of product(s).
You will play a crucial role in defining the product's vision, aligning it with company
objectives, understanding market needs, and translating them into actionable tasks.
- Responsible for the new and existing product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product positioning.
- To develop both short and long-term product pipeline plan after considering stakeholders’ feedback, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with both internal & stakeholders in defining our product roadmaps to formulate and execute plans to fill any gaps that may exist.
- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, including defining product requirements, creating prototypes, and testing product performance
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and adjust strategy as needed to increase sales and profitability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions
