Job Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution
- Own and drive end-to-end execution of content plans across all platforms (FB, IG, X, Threads, TikTok, XiaoHongShu).
- Translate campaign strategies into engaging, platform-native content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and
conversion.
- Ensure all content is delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest quality across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities to maintain a strong pulse on trends & platform updates, to keep content fresh and
relevant.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Community & Social Management
- Oversee community engagement strategies to foster an active and loyal audience.

Guide responses to comments, messages, and social interactions in alignment with brand tone and guidelines.

Work closely with Customer Service teams to manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

Monitor social sentiment and conversations to identify risks and opportunities.
Influencer & Collaboration Management

Lead identification, engagement, and relationship management with KOLs and KOCs.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including briefing, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.

Ensure influencer content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives.
Campaign Integration & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, design, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Support campaigns with broader content needs including app push notifications, EDMs, and in-app placements.
Team Guidance & Process Improvement
- Guide and mentor junior team members in content execution, best practices, and platform knowledge.

Improve workflows, processes, and content production efficiency.

Ensure clear timelines, accountability, and quality control across all deliverables.
