Position Responsibilities
To support regional merchandise planning, product development, supplier coordination, and campaign merchandise execution across multiple markets while ensuring products align with brand direction, commercial objectives, and budget planning.
This role focuses primarily on merchandise ideation, product development coordination, costing alignment, and supplier management to support regional merchandise initiatives and campaigns. Support merchandise planning, forecasting, ordering, and allocation across stores and regions.
Develop and propose merchandise ideas, product concepts, and campaign merchandise initiatives based on brand direction, business objectives, and budget allocation.
Coordinate with suppliers on product specifications, materials, packaging, sampling, and production details.
Communicate and coordinate closely with China suppliers on product development, sampling, production progress, and issue resolution.
Work closely with Supply Chain on quotation requests, costing evaluation, production timelines, and order planning.
Support product development processes including artwork coordination, packaging development, sample review, and QA alignment.
Coordinate with Marketing and Brand teams to ensure merchandise direction aligns with campaign objectives and brand identity.
Monitor product costing, budget utilization, and commercial viability of merchandise initiatives.
Support regional merchandise launches and campaign execution timelines.
Conduct sample checking, product reviews, and quality alignment with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare reports, product updates, and merchandise planning presentations for management review.
Support visual merchandising or retail presentation initiatives when required.
