Position Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.
- Daily connect and field coaching with distributor sales rep.
- Identify & Develop new customers to contribute to company's sales target.
- Negotiate business terms with key customers.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Qualification and Experience
- SPM or Higher Education Qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar Local Supermarket in Upper South(Target Group/ Family Store / Jasin Point)
- Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry.
- Basic Computer Skills in Excel & Powerpoint.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly focused on goals and performance metrics, often taking a customer-focused approach
