Business Development Executive (Upper South)  

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.
  • Daily connect and field coaching with distributor sales rep.
  • Identify & Develop new customers to contribute to company's sales target.
  • Negotiate business terms with key customers. Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Qualification and Experience
  • SPM or Higher Education Qualification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiar Local Supermarket in Upper South(Target Group/ Family Store / Jasin Point)
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in FMCG industry.
  • Basic Computer Skills in Excel & Powerpoint.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build customer rapport.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly focused on goals and performance metrics, often taking a customer-focused approach
  • Conscientiousness: A strong sense of duty, responsibility, and reliability.
