Qualification and Experience
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student / fresh graduate in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Internship period preferred: 3 to 6 months.
- Final semester students are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- No prior full-time working experience required.
- Internship, project work, campus leadership, or event coordination experience is an advantage.
- Exposure in training, quality assurance, operations, or administrative work is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word / Google Workspace.
- Good documentation and file management skills.
- Basic data analysis and reporting ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge Areas
- Interest in training & development, quality standards, and operations excellence.
- Basic understanding of customer service or F&B operations is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn audit, assessment, and quality control processes.
