Intern, Regional Certification & Trainers' Administration  

Position Responsibilities

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing training materials, SOPs, and Academy documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support training audits, checklist preparation, and quality compliance tracking.
  • Consolidate training feedback, assessment results, and quality reports for analysis.
  • Maintain records of certifications, attendance, assessments, and learning documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards related to Academy quality performance.
  • Support coordination for pilot programmes, validations, and training improvement projects.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist during training sessions, workshops, or Train-the-Trainer programmes when required.
  • Support communication and follow-up with trainers or stakeholders on pending actions.
  • Participate in brainstorming for process improvements and new learning initiatives.
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Academy team.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree student / fresh graduate in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Internship period preferred: 3 to 6 months.
  • Final semester students are encouraged to apply.

Experience
  • No prior full-time working experience required.
  • Internship, project work, campus leadership, or event coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Exposure in training, quality assurance, operations, or administrative work is a plus.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word / Google Workspace.
  • Good documentation and file management skills.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge Areas
  • Interest in training & development, quality standards, and operations excellence.
  • Basic understanding of customer service or F&B operations is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to learn audit, assessment, and quality control processes.
