Position Responsibilities
Driving & Delivery:
Deliver goods safely and on time to outlets, customers, or designated locations.
Ensure proper handling of goods during loading, transport, and unloading to prevent damage.
Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedule and minimize delays.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, engine condition, etc.).
Ensure all delivery documents are properly signed and returned.
Comply with road safety regulations and company transport policies.
Warehouse Operations:
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods accurately.
Pick, pack, and prepare items for delivery according to order requirements.
Support stock arrangement and ensure warehouse organization is maintained.
Conduct stock counting and inventory checks when required.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of goods following warehouse procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse area.
Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers.
Documentation & Coordination:
Ensure delivery orders, invoices, and related documents are accurate.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor.
Coordinate with warehouse team and operations team for delivery scheduling.
Follow company SOP and safety guidelines at all times.
