Regional Senior Executive, Strategic Partnership (Market Expansion - APAC)  

Position Responsibilities

The Executive, Strategic Partnership (Market Expansion – APAC) supports regional growth by identifying partners, executing campaigns, supporting on-ground activations, and managing partnership operations across APAC. This role requires strong ownership, proactive support, and a high level of responsibility to ensure smooth execution between HQ and regional teams.

Partnership Support & Lead Management
  • Take ownership of partnership leads, follow-ups, and coordination across APAC markets.
  • Assist in identifying partners (banks, telcos, e-wallets, loyalty platforms, digital partners, corporates, etc.).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to generate actionable insights.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
  • Support end-to-end execution of partnership campaigns across APAC.
  • Work closely with local marketing teams and key stakeholders for smooth planning and execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest optimisations.
On-Ground Activations & Events
  • Assist in planning and running partnership events, activations, and corporate engagements.
  • Coordinate logistics, setup, and materials required for regional activations.
  • Provide on-site support to ensure smooth and seamless event experience.
Backend Setup & Promo Code Creation
  • Assist in preparing backend requirements for regional campaigns.
  • Support promotion code creation, tagging, and basic configuration.
  • Work with Tech/Marketing teams to ensure accuracy and campaign readiness.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare weekly updates, performance summaries, and campaign post-mortems.
  • Maintain APAC partnership trackers, agreements, and documentation folders.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Coordinate with HQ (Marketing, Tech, Ops, Finance) on APAC-related campaign requirements.
  • Support localisation checks for content, creatives, offers, and user journeys.

Qualification and Experience

  • 4–7 years experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or market expansion roles
  • Strong ownership mindset with excellent follow-through
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical skills
  • Comfortable supporting on-ground events/activations
  • Willing to travel when required
