Qualification & Experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Familiar with LMS functionalities: user management, course setup, enrollment, reporting
- Basic understanding of e-learning formats (e.g., SCORM, video-based learning, assessments)
- Experience handling data, spreadsheets, and system integrations (e.g., HRIS to LMS)
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., Lark, Excel/Sheets, backend systems)
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling
- Able to analyze reports and identify trends or issues
- Able to work cross-functionally with L&D, Operations, HR, and Regional Teams
- Able to do instructional design or content structuring
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Internship or academic project experience in Learning & Development, HR, Education, IT, or related fields is an advantage
- Basic exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- Experience in handling data, spreadsheets, or system tools during internship/projects
- Exposure to content creation, e-learning modules, or training support is beneficial- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, Lark, Canva, or similar platforms)
- Experience working in team projects or cross-functional collaboration
- Experience or familiarity with LMS platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / etc.
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, Power Point, Premier Pro, CapCut, etc.
- Familiar with Ai tools such as Chat Gpt, Canva Ai, Kling, Articulate 360, etc.
- Pays strong attention to details, especially when handling user data and system setup
- Takes initiative to solve issues before they escalate
- Demonstrates ownership of tasks and responsibilities
