Regional Senior ERP Specialist  

Position Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end ERP implementations, enhancements, and integrations across the region—from planning and requirements gathering to deployment and validation.
  • Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to capture business requirements and ensure local execution aligns with global ERP configurations.
  • Manage integrations between ERP and related systems (e.g., POS, CRM, inventory platforms), ensuring clean data flow and system reliability at the store and warehouse levels.
  • Support regional rollout activities, including system testing, cutover planning, field validation, and post-rollout observation to ensure operational readiness.
  • Document regional workflows, configurations, SOPs, and integration mappings, maintaining alignment with central governance standards.
  • Liaise with vendors or internal IT on patching, upgrades, and performance tuning of ERP environments within your region.
  • Participate in R&D efforts by validating new features or modules in live stores, collecting structured feedback, and ensuring system stability.
  • Ensure data integrity by overseeing local data migration efforts, conducting field audits, and enforcing data governance protocols.

Qualification and Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in ERP system implementation, configuration, or business system integration.
  • Proven experience in regional or multi-location projects involving ERP rollout or enterprise tool deployments.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping (especially in finance, inventory, and supply chain operations).
  • Proficient in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Experience with system integration tools, APIs, and middleware for cross-system data flow.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
  • Project-oriented mindset: organized, proactive, and capable of managing timelines across multiple stakeholders and locations.
  • ERP experience in retail or F&B multi-outlet environments.
  • Familiarity with POS-ERP integration use cases and store-level operational flows.
  • Exposure to financial, procurement, inventory, or warehouse modules.
  • ERP or project management certifications (e.g., Odoo Certified, PMP, Prince2) are advantageous.
