Admin Executive  


  • Assist with maintaining office facilities , ensuring that the stationeries and pantry are restocked weekly and assist with finding runners, technicians, plumbers and etc.
  • Assist with ordering courier services, monitoring the office janitors, making sure the office is in a spring condition and decorating the office and planning events for yearly cultural festivals and celebrations.
  • Assist with raising purchase orders to finance, flights and accommodations booking for the management, keep a tracking of the data, ensure that all bookings are tally with the company’s budget, assist with management claims & submission to HR and ordering name card for the ZUS Coffee employees.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given


  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any related field such as Business Administration, Office Management, Communications etc.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a related field such as General Affairs, Administration and Office Management.
  • Fresh grade is encouraged to apply

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Critical & crucial thinking.
  • Attention to small details.
  • Fluent in both oral and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
