Position Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans to meet demand while optimizing inventory investment.

Inventory Optimization:

• Manage inventory levels (safety stock, production capacity) to ensure product availability while minimizing carrying costs and stock-outs.

Supplier & Vendor Management:

• Collaborate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage capacity planning.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, supply gaps, and potential disruptions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, procurement, and technical product teams to align plans, often managing S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes.

Qualification and Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or Business related Experience
• Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, raw materials planning, often focus within FMCG manufacturing or retail.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competencies: Strong analytical, decision-making, and particular on problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams with solid logical thinking and can do attitude.
