Regional Senior, Visual & Brand Merchandise  

Position Responsibilities

Hiring Objective: To support regional merchandise planning, visual merchandising execution, store rollout readiness, and retail performance across multiple markets while ensuring consistent brand presentation and smooth campaign execution.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Merchandising & Visual Merchandising Senior Executive to support merchandise planning, retail execution, visual merchandising standards, new product rollouts, and regional store readiness across multiple markets. This role will work closely with Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, QA, and Country Teams to ensure all merchandise and FMCG products are executed consistently across stores, while maintaining strong brand presentation and commercial performance.

  • Support merchandise planning, forecasting, ordering, and allocation across stores and regions.
  • Monitor sales performance, PSPD, stock cover, and product contribution by category.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Country Teams on stock readiness and rollout planning.
  • Ensure merchandise displays, planograms, POSM, and visual merchandising standards are consistently executed.
  • Conduct store visits, audits, and photo reviews to maintain retail presentation standards
  • Support new product launches, festive campaigns, promotions, and store openings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance analysis, and action plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors on merchandising, fixtures, packaging, and display materials.

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, visual merchandising, FMCG, lifestyle retail, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Willing to travel for store visits, market visits, and regional rollout support.
