Regional Manager, Product (Tech)  

Position Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for defining and driving the vision, strategy, and execution of mobile app products across the region, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business goals. This role leads cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful digital experiences, optimizes product performance through data-driven insights, and oversees the end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch, all while upholding the brand’s commitment to innovation and quality.


Product Strategy and Vision:
  • Define and articulate the regional product vision and strateg to align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and enhances customer experience.
Product Development:
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business goals.
User Experience and Design:
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the app's design and functionality, focusing on features
Data Analysis and Insights:
  • Analyze app performance metrics and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions about product enhancements and feature prioritization.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues.
Launch and Go-to-Market:
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and iterate on product features based on user feedback and analytics.

Qualification and Experience

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Certification in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product School) or Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of launching successful tech products in a regional or global market.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, user experience design, and collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Proven track record of managing the end-to-end product lifecycle and delivering successful consumer applications.
