Regional Executive, IT  

Position Responsibilities

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and users. This role ensures that all hardware, software, networks, and IT services operate efficiently while providing technical support to employees and maintaining system security.


IT Support and Helpdesk

  • Provide first and second level technical support to employees
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, printers, door access systems, CCTV and system issues
  • Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of employees including acount setup and device configuration
  • Support Audio Visual requirements for the office including meeitng rooms, events and ad hoc setups

Infrastructure and Network Management

  • Monitor and maintain company network infrastructure including switches, routers, WiFi access points, and internet connectivity
  • Ensure network security and performances
  • Administer, plan and install Windows and Mac systems
  • Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance and upgrades together with HQ teams

Hardware and Asset Management

  • Manage procurement, deployment and maintenance of IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, and POS devices
  • Miantain an updated IT asset inventory and lifecycle management
  • Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches and security updates

IT Projects and Improvements

  • Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and implementation of new technologies
  • Support IT projects such as system migrations, network upgrades, and automation initiatives
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and implements improvements

Security and Compliance

  • Ensure IT policies and security standards are followed
  • Monitor systems for potential security threats and vulnerabilities
  • Support audits and compliance requirements

Qualificationand Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2 to 5 yeras of experience in IT support or IT operations
  • Knowledge of networking, Windows/ Mac systems, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
  • Strong troublesheeoting and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Experience with Lark
  • Experience with Microsoft entra, intune
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi)
  • Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments is an advantage
