Position Responsibilities

• Help employees solve hardware and software problems
• Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and keeping systems running smoothly
• Help monitor and maintain our internal network infrastructure
• Handle basic IT helpdesk requests
• Help manage our IT equipment
• Work with the IT team to solve problems and improve systems
• Assist with IT projects

Qualification and Experiences

• Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Networking, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows & macOS)
• Good communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn new things
