Intern, Supply Chain Operations (Regional)  

Position Responsibilities

Assist in supporting daily regional supply chain operations under supervision. Support new market opening activities, including:
• Vendor onboarding coordination
• Create Purchase Order to oversea vendors
• Process ordering file
• Coordinate with internal teams (franchise / operations) on supply chain matters.
• Logistics setup documentation
• Liaise with logistics providers and warehouses under guidance.


Supporting Tasks
• Assist with ERP / system data entry and updates.
• Support stock counts and help prepare reports for operational reviews.
• Assist with ad-hoc supply chain projects as assigned.

Qualification & Experiences

•Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Final-year or penultimate-year students preferred.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics concepts (from coursework or prior exposure).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data entry and basic reporting.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
