Position Responsibilities
Social Media Content & Community Management
- Assist in planning and managing social media calendar and content strategy across all platforms (FB, IG, X, Threads, Tik Tok).
- Create original, and trendy content (posts, stories, short-form videos, livestreams) that resonate with the platform’s audience to grow followers, build brand awareness and ultimately boost sales. This includes conceptualizing, filming, and editing shortform video content, crafting captions & scheduling content.
- Provide real-time event coverage (recording, photography, live posting, copywriting).
- Actively engage with followers through social media’s features like comments, duets, and challenges to foster community interaction.
- Monitor social media comments
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and campaign execution.
Influencers Management
- Identify, engage and establish relationships with relevant KOLs and KOCs in the industry.
- Execute influencer campaigns & ensure content adheres to the brief provided.
Campaign Execution
- Support marketing campaigns with copywriting for App Push notifications and EDMs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by superior/ management
Team Collaboration & Support
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support campaign success
- Contribute to team discussions, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure transparency and accountability in project timelines while actively seeking feedback, adapting to changes, and continuously learning to enhance skills and performance.
