- Creative thinker with a good sense of what makes content engaging and shareable
- Basic to intermediate editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools).
- Strong awareness of social media trends, viral content, and audience behaviour.
- Basic copywriting skills for captions and short-form content.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
