Senior Executive, Supply Chain (Fulfillment)  

Position Responsibilities:

Fulfilment Process Management:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including order entry,verification, and allocation.
  • Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or surpluses, and coordinate withrelevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Oversee the picking and packing of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity oforders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the fulfilment process.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on fulfilmentperformance.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.


Qualification and Requirements:

    • Degree holder Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
    • Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to manage day-to-day tasks.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain (order management / fulfilment / logistics)
    • Experience to operate Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive and constantly have a desire to learn and find ways to improve the existing processes.
