Position Responsibilities:

Fulfilment Process Management:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, including order entry,verification, and allocation.
Monitor inventory levels, identify potential shortages or surpluses, and coordinate withrelevant departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
Oversee the picking and packing of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of orders.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity oforders.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the fulfilment process.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on fulfilmentperformance.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.

Qualification and Requirements:

Degree holder Business, Supply Chain or equivalent
Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to manage day-to-day tasks.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Chain (order management / fulfilment / logistics)
Experience to operate Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and constantly have a desire to learn and find ways to improve the existing processes.
