Regional Art Director, Brand Studio  

Position Responsibilities

1. Campaign Development & Execution
• Oversee creative development of regional advertising, branding, content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the creative output meets high standards for innovation, effectiveness, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and operations teams to create campaigns that drive engagement and performance.

2. Brand Corporate Identity:

•Experienced with brand corporate identity kits and building brand elements for application across various touchpoints, from offline to online.

3. Brand Visual Consistency
•Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing items from ATL, BTL and Digital.

4. Creative Conceptualisation:
• Art direct and design campaign mastheads, key artwork and adaptations into 360 marketing materials including but not limited to illustrations and infographics.

5. FA for Printing ATL & BTL Experience
• Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software and application of typography techniques for print usage in CMYK or Pantone languages.

6. Production Experience
•Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products from end-to-end planning to execution including directing photoshoots and videoshoots.

7. Abreast with AI Tools such as Photoshop's Generative Fill:
•Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools such as but not limited to Photoshop Generative Fill and AI image generation software.

8. 360 Marketing Collaboration:
•Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers and marketing managers, to ensure content meets project requirements and deadlines and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and content initiatives.
• Support the overall brand and marketing strategy by providing creative input and contributing to the development of integrated brand and marketing campaigns.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent field

• 5–7 years of experience in Marketing / Advertising (e-commerce, FMCG, QSR, or creative agencies)

• Proficient in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills

• Digitally savvy with good understanding of digital marketing trends

• Detail-oriented with high design accuracy

• Sensitive to cultural nuances in branding and communication

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
