Position Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of brand stores on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) including product listings, pricing and inventory.
- Liaise with e-commerce platform PICs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) on campaign participation, account issues, performance optimization, and platform updates.
- Plan and execute impactful campaigns including weekly, monthly and seasonal promotional campaigns, vouchers and activities to drive traffic and sales.
- Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Recruits and manages affiliate creators via seller center or agency; tracks performance and supports affiliate seeding.
- Conduct basic competitors and market monitoring on pricing and promotional activities.
- Collaborates with marketing, supply chain, creative, growth teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.
