Executive, Ecommerce  

Position Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of brand stores on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) including product listings, pricing and inventory.
  • Liaise with e-commerce platform PICs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) on campaign participation, account issues, performance optimization, and platform updates.
  • Plan and execute impactful campaigns including weekly, monthly and seasonal promotional campaigns, vouchers and activities to drive traffic and sales.
  • Responsible for analyzing data to identify trends, track performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Recruits and manages affiliate creators via seller center or agency; tracks performance and supports affiliate seeding.
  • Conduct basic competitors and market monitoring on pricing and promotional activities.
  • Collaborates with marketing, supply chain, creative, growth teams to ensure campaign alignment.
  • Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in e-commerce and online marketplaces
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
  • Marketplace experience (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify) is a plus, but not mandatory, training will be provided
  • Proactive and initiative mindset
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
