Position Responsibilities
This role stewards the organisation’s Group narrative, strengthens reputation, and ensures alignment across key communication pillars — including ZUS CARES (CSR & ESG), organization communications, and barista Communications. Through thoughtful brand governance, cohesive messaging, and cross-functional partnership, the Brand Manager enhances stakeholder confidence and supports the organisation's long-term brand and business objectives.
Corporate Brand Strategy & Identity ManagementDevelop and maintain a strong, unified corporate brand identity that reflects the company’s values, business direction, and market ambitions. Ensure all communications and touchpoints — internal and external — align with the corporate brand framework and reinforce reputation.
Cross-Functional Brand Alignment (CSR, Internal & Barista Comms)
Work closely with ZUS CARES on CSR, sustainability, and governance initiatives to communicate impact and purpose. Partner with Internal Communications and Barista Communications teams to build clarity, connection, and pride across the organisation, ensuring every audience receives the right message in the right tone.
Corporate Storytelling & Reputation Building
Craft narratives, messages, and visual directions for partners, media, regulators, and consumers. Support leadership with corporate decks, statements, and positioning materials that strengthen trust, transparency, and brand clarity.
Campaign Development & Execution
Lead corporate brand campaigns and thematic initiatives that unify the organisation and highlight brand commitments — from sustainability efforts to people culture to enterprise milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create assets, timelines, and workflows that deliver strong and consistent execution.
Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
Monitor brand perception, communication performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate insights into actionable recommendations that evolve the corporate brand and elevate communication effectiveness across departments.
