- Assist superior in Pre and Post Quantity for vendor and contractor.
- Assist superior in preparing Bills of Quantities, contracts, and other related documentation.
- Assist superior in evaluating costs from main contractor and subcontractors.
- Prepare and create Purchase Order using system.
- Assist to verify, the cost-control of all vendors, sub-contractor, workers and etc.
- Assist superior in Taking-off quantities for all the outlets’ items.
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and work closely with internal departments.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the project are delivered on time.
- Perform any other special project/ad-hoc task assigned by superior/ management.
- Preferably with Interior Design (ID) knowledge.
- Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
