Job Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting operational and compliance audits at company outlets
• Perform on-site audits based on the audit checklist and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Verify compliance with company policies, operational standards, and internal controls
• Identify audit findings, gather supporting evidence, and document observations accurately
• Support special audit assignments and investigations as required
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Audit team

Qualification and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Possess positive attitude, willing to take challenges and strives to maintain a good working relationship with team members and auditees
• Able to travel within Malaysia for assignments
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation is an added advantage
